We had a pilgrimage from London to Walsingham (Norfolk). The coach was really luxurious and clean, a 53-seater, only 2 years old, with a very comfortable ride. Toilet on board. The driver (Jamil) was very helpful, helping some of our elderly pilgrims up into the coach. At Walsingham, there were 2000 pilgrims brought by dozens of coaches, so each coach was allocated a number ( and a poster with the name of the church). As the crowds returned for the return trip, he was out shouting "Coach Number 8" (our number) to help people find the right coach. And on the final return home, he did a slight detour so that he could drop us off on the side of the road by our church. I checked other coach companies, and this was the cheapest.

Great service! Especially with Eddie, the coach driver, Eddie was very professional and flexible in the transfer from the hotel to the venue and back.

I left my coat on the coach following a transfer from Luton to Gatwick. The company owner kept it safe and went out of his way to meet me to return the coat. Great service!

Fantastic coach travel, brilliant coaches

Very good service, on time and punctual. The coach was very clean and comfortable and we felt in safe hands with the driver. Who was a lovely driver and companion. The driver gave lots of information as and when it was needed and was answering any questions we had with no problems. We would use this company again and would definitely reccomend them. Excellent and luxurious coach, driven very polite and experienced driver- Behar on 12/07/25. Originally booked coach to Hastings via a comparison booking portal recommended company, who disappointed us big time. The coach provided was inadequate and south London pick up was not included. CMAC therefore booked Big Ben Coach for the return journey to/from Hastings. Thank you very much Big Ben Coaches Ltd.
